“Such unified runs with motto lead us to reach the target. As such, we are planning to have more ‘Runs’ in future too to keep on awakening the students. On these lines, soon a run for Girls-Hostellers will also be arranged.” He added: “Initially we had devised that each hostel block will field a team of only 175 participants; however, the enthusiastic students scored the massive participation.”
Student Winners of the Run remained Krishna (BH5 A), Sachin Sharma (BH5 B), Imran Khan (BH3 B) as first, second and third respectively. In addition, 47 other first ranked students were also honoured with prizes. On his success, Krishna said: “I used to get late in the morning, but this participation has motivated me and students like me to keep on participating in such result oriented events to achieve much. Such runs allow an opportunity to familiarize ourselves with simple and potential techniques towards energy gains which are very necessary for us.”
